Hello I am using outlook Outlook 2007. My mailbox settings say authentication server CONNECTIONS is Microsoft Exchange / O365 and username "username@domain.com". When I try to create mailbox I get the error message "the website "https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf" needs an active session to complete the action. Please logon to the website using a service account or a UNIFIED ACCESS acct". Basically it says it can't authenticate the account. I tried to turn off the office 365 connection and replace it with office desktop (Microsoft Exchange Server) and it still won't do it. I'm going to try reboot to see if it helps.

I have also tried to use mail export and import wizard to try and extract the mails and the export option and I get a message saying "WARNING: The headers of the source message file do not match the IMAP server protocol, but the message is needed to operate correctly. Do you want to continue using the message headers?If the answer is yes, you must save the message file to the same folder where your data resides." I am not sure what you are referring to here.
